HANASAKI MARINE CYLINDER OIL SERIES

Hanasaki Marine Cylinder Oil (MCO) Series of lubricants are premium quality marine cylinder lubricants designed to provide outstanding protection for modern low-speed crosshead diesel engines operating on residual fuels having sulphur content of up to 3.5%. These oils are specially formulated for diesel engines operating with higher pressure and temperatures and longer strokes. They are available in SAE 50 viscosity grade with a BN (Base Number) of 40 – 100. The Hanasaki MCO series of oils provide outstanding acid neutralization capability and excellent engine cleanliness and durability.

HANASAKI MARINE SYSTEM OIL SERIES

Hanasaki Marine System Oil (MSO) Series of lubricants are high performance multi-purpose crankcase and marine diesel engine oils designed as system oils for large low-speed crosshead marine engines in both marine and stationary applications. These oils are manufactured using the finest quality base oils and advanced additive packages to provide excellent engine cleanliness, especially in the hottest parts of the crosshead engine piston and in the crankcase area. They provide excellent high temperature thermal and oxidation stability, low volatility and superior wear and corrosion protection.

HANASAKI MARINE TRUNK PISTON ENGINE OIL SERIES (FOR DISTILLATE FUELS)

Hanasaki Marine MDO Series of lubricants are designed for use in modern high or medium speed diesel engines operating on distillate fuels. The modern additive technologies used in these oils provide superior engine cleanliness and protection. These oils are available in SAE 30 and 40 viscosity grades with a BN (Base Number) of 12, 15 and 20. These oils exhibit a high degree of water tolerance and meet the performance requirements of API CF.

HANASAKI MARINE TURBINE OIL SERIES

Hanasaki Marine Turbine Oil Series are formulated with high viscosity index base oils and advanced ashless additives to provide outstanding performance and protection in turbines. These lubricants have outstanding oxidation resistance and thermal stability at high temperature.  They also have high load-carrying capacity and excellent affinity for metal surfaces to protect against wear. The natural detergency in the lubricants provides improved cleanliness and protect against rust and corrosion. Their excellent low temperature properties allow them to be used over a wide range of temperatures. Hanasaki Marine Turbine Oil Series of lubricants are recommended for use in steam, gas and hydraulic turbine system.

HANASAKI MARINE COMPRESSOR OIL SERIES

Hanasaki Marine Compressor Oil Series are premium quality ashless air compressors oil specially designed to meet the stringent requirements of rotary and reciprocating type air compressors. These products are formulated from highly refined premium quality base oils and advanced additive systems to provide strong resistance against deposit formation on valves, inter-coolers and in compressor airways. All Hanasaki Marine Compressor Oils exceed the performance requirements of DIN 51506 VDL standards. They are available in ISO 32 through to ISO 220 grades.

HANASAKI MARINE GEAR OIL SERIES

Hanasaki Marine Gear Oil Series are formulated using high viscosity index, solvent refined base oils and a special sulphur phosphorous additive system to provide excellent extreme pressure anti-wear performance. These lubricants have excellent water separation properties, such that excess water can be drained easily from the lubricated equipment. These oils are capable of withstanding high thermal load and have very strong resistance against the sludge and deposit formation. Hanasaki Marine Gear oil are suitable for use in enclosed gears under severe service conditions, drive gearboxes on mills, crushers, extruders, pumps, chain drives, slide guides, plain, rolling gears and other industrial applications on-board ship and in mines and mobile plants.
