To meet the challenges of an increasing number of hydraulic equipment and applications in the industry, Hanasaki has developed our own hydraulic oils that have outstanding thermo-oxidation stability to allow for extended service life.
HANASAKI HYDRAULIC HVI OIL SERIES
Hanasaki Hydraulic HVI Oil Series are premium quality anti-wear hydraulic oils specially developed for applications subjected to wide range of temperatures or where small viscosity change with fluctuating temperature is needed. These oils are formulated with severely hydro-processed base oils, highly shear stable viscosity index improver and advance additive systems to meet the stringent requirements of modern hydraulic systems. Their outstanding thermo-oxidation stability allows extended service life. They provide excellent protection against wear, rust and corrosion and exhibit excellent water separation, air release and hydrolytic stability helps to extend equipment service life.
HANASAKI HL-SERIES
Hanasaki HL-Series are premium quality hydraulic fluids designed for use in hydraulic systems in industrial and mobile services where EP (Extreme Pressure) performance are not required. The products are formulated using premium quality base oils and a selected additive system to provide excellent resistance to oxidation and outstanding protection against rust and corrosion in high humidity environment. The hydraulic fluids under Hanasaki HL-Series have good water separation and rapid air-release properties. They are available in ISO 32 through to ISO 150 viscosity grades.
